Who can apply for a loan?
Ghanaian citizens aged 18+ with a valid Ghana Card and active Mobile Money account.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are approved within 10 minutes. The entire process from application to payout takes less than 10 minutes.
Do I need collateral?
No. Palm Loan offers unsecured personal loans. No collateral required.
How do I repay my loan?
Directly from your Mobile Money wallet or bank account via secure payment link. Repayment is automatic on the due date.
What if I miss a payment?
Contact us immediately. Late fees may apply, but we work with you on solutions. Early repayment has no penalties.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption to protect your information. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I apply again after repaying?
Yes. Returning customers with good repayment history may qualify for higher loan amounts and better interest rates.
What payment methods are accepted?
MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and major Ghanaian bank accounts.
